Fiber Morphology and Mechanical Properties Tester

Fiber shape and mechanical property tester is a new productintroduced by our company, which has higher automatic and semi-automaticanalysis level and better imaging ability than the XYZ series products weproduced in the past. For well-dispersed specimens, the instrument canautomatically measure the fiber length or width (fineness) in the microscopefield in 1-2 seconds. Two point methods can be used to measure the real fiberlength, projected fiber length and fiber bending index at the same time. Thefiber kinking index or fiber wall cavity ratio can be measured simply bythree-point method. Both measured and unmeasured fibers are clearly marked inthe visual field. All the measured results can be automatically counted andprinted by the computer.
