Sponge Resilience Tester
Sponge resilience testeris aprofessional testing sponge, foam, rubber and other soft materials and thedesign of a cost-effective instrument. The ball is mainly free falling on a sample ofsoft foam or other elastic materials. It is an instrument used to measure therebound height, mainly used to measure the rebound energy (rebound coefficient)in the test item of polyurethane elastic material.
Standard：GB/T6670-2008, ASTM D3574, ISO8307
3. Test range：25%-80%
5. How far the ball fell：460+0.5%mm (GB/T6670-2008) 500+0.5%mm (ASTM D3574, ISO8307)
6. Steel balldiameter：￠16-0.05 mm
7. Calculate theaverage rebound height automatically
8. Automatic calculation of the average resilience
Sponge, foam, rubber and other materials should be storedfor at least 72 hours after molding before testing. Before the test, the sampleshould be in the temperature of 23 + 2 ℃, relative humidity 45% - 50%of the state of environment regulation at least 16 hours, and then in theenvironment for testing.
